The factory has more than 30 fully automatic injection molding equipment, each of which is equipped with a fully automatic mechanical arm to increase overall production capacity while ensuring product quality (product appearance and cleanliness). In addition, there are more than 10 fully automatic ultrasonic welding and riveting machines.

Therefore, the materials used must be safe and environmentally friendly. All of our company's toys are made of brand new food-grade ABS materials, with bright and transparent colors, ensuring that each product does not contain recycled plastics, rejecting PBA, and protecting the growth of every child. The magnetic tiles use magnets, ensuring that each tile can attract six other tiles, and the magnetic rods use neodymium magnets, ensuring that the magnetic force of each rod is above 3000 gauss, allowing one rod to attract 20 other rods, providing a better user experience for children.
